  4. License for use and distribution.

  6. The Advanced Cataloguer is shareware. This means:

  8. 1. All copyrights to Advanced Cataloguer are exclusively 
  9.    owned by the author - Evgeny Software, Inc.

  11. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of
  12.    30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, 
  13.    if you wish to continue to use Advanced Cataloguer,
  14.    you MUST register.

  16. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
  17.    license to use Advanced Cataloguer on one computer 
  18.    (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. 
  19.    The registered Advanced Cataloguer software may not
  20.    be rented or leased, but may be permanently
  21.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to
  22.    terms of this license. If the software is an update,
  23.    the transfer must include the update and all previous
  24.    versions.

  26. 4. The Advanced Cataloguer unregistered shareware
  27.    version, may be freely distributed, provided the
  28.    distribution package is not modified. No person or
  29.    company may charge a fee for the distribution of
  30.    Advanced Cataloguer without written permission from
  31.    the copyright holder.

  33. 5. Advanced Cataloguer IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
  34.    NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  35.    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  36.    THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA
  37.    LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
